Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room with kitchenette, very comfortable room and bathroom; very good bar/grill in the hotel; easy parking; very silent room to the backside of the hotel

Hotel room was great...nit bigger than normal hotel room size which gave us space to stuff our ski gear.....super quiet room. Didn't hear street noise or other people at hotel.

The receptionist was very helpful, we were originally allocated a room on its own right by the hotels liquor store. The manager of the store explained that the store was open until 11 at night and her staff would be back and forth between store and room next to ours all the time so it would be noisy although she would ask the staff to try to keep noise to a minimum. When we went back to ask for another room the receptionist was very apologetic - think new and hadnt realised - she then gave us a room facing the mountains on the 3rd floor. She also rang in the evening to check that everything was ok and asked again each time we passed her in reception.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was comfortable, quiet, clean, and spacious. I was very surprised to see a TV in the bathroom. We had the hot tub to ourselves, which was nice.
